Renault Master 2.2 dci Windscreen wiper fault

Hi Folks,

I wonder if you good folk could help me at all, I have a 52 plate Master 2.2dci which has developed a fault with the wipers, they no longer park as they should, the intermittent selection doesn't work and also when you flick the washers on the wipers don't automatically wipe anymore. I've changed the wiper motor which hasn't made a difference, albeit with a second hand unit, which may also have the same problem.

Any advice would be most gratefully received as there isn't a Renault dealer within 40 miles of me, and would save me loads of hassle.

A guess (and it IS a guess, mind) would be that the wiper control unit was at fault.

I wouldn't know. I have no Renault knowledge, I just based my answer on the info you provided (and from what I have read on the forum). Somebody with Renault knowledge will come along at some time and give you a better answer.
