1998 megane scenic central looking problem Help.

Has anyone suffered this problem with the central locking on the above vehicle.
I can lock / unlock with the remote , 5mins after locking the vehicle i return to find the car unlocked, i've sat in the car , locked it and waited for this to happen, and as predicted click and the system unlocks itself. What happening ???? i'm no genius, changed the keyfob batteries etc etc checked fuses / eathing points to no avail, i have to get this fixed, any help appreciated.
I cant go out and leave the car anywhere as within five minutes of leaving it it would remain unlocked till i got back to it.

What happens if you manually lock it (not using the remote buttons)?

I think you really need it connecting to a Clip to find out what the UCH thinks is going on. Possibly a faulty lock.

In the meantime a Disklok could be a good idea. I use them on all my cars.
