Front screen wet

Hi

I have a clio 2006. I have problems with the front screen misting up really badly so its not steamy but wet. When cold the inside freezes really bad.

I have not had any water leak into the car at any time, not the interior or the boot. I do not have a sunroof.

I have had the scuttle drains unblocked (2 one at each side of the car). I have had the pollen filter changed.

I do not use the re-circulate facility and always have it on intake of fresh air.

Please can anyone else suggest what the problem can be. The garage I use is at a loss of what to do next.

If it has aircon, see that the drain from the condenser is clear and check the condition of the cabin/pollen filter.

Are you sure that the air vents under the windscreen are working? Because if they are it should be quick and easy to clear it with warm air...?
