renault clio toxic fumes light

I think I have a crack in my manifold, pretty sure infact, and the toxic fumes light has been on for about a week. I only just discovered last night what that was, is it bad for your health to have driven it like that for a week to 10 days and how much should a crack in the manifold cost to repair?
