Kangoo 1.9D Gearbox Earth

I'm trying to help a mate with his non-starting Kangoo. I'm fairly confident it's the gearbox earth as it starts when bypassed with a jump lead. I've cleaned up the gearbox end, but I can't easily see where it attaches to the bodywork at the other end. Does anyone know, and what's the best way of getting access to it?

Not familiar with model but gearbox earths usually go to chassis . Lest it is going to another device with a common earth there too.
Is the earth lead coming from a switch device on g/box or just earthing gearbox to chassis?

Sorry Lexi, I forgot about this thread. I can see the earth wire bolts directly to the gearbox and apparently it bolts somewhere to the chassis. I think I'm just going to have to take the battery tray and all the other gubbins out so I can see better.
