Megane Help needed.

I just picked my my new car yesterday. It's an 09 Megane 1.5 dCi. A few things worry me.

a judder when in 5th doing 35 - 40 mph and 6th 40 - 45 under acceleration. Doesn't do it at any other speed or gear. I did run some diesel cleaner though it when I filled up with diesel today. I wonder if that my be the cause of the judder.

What seems like a slight rattle when I press the clutch in at idle. No noise when it's depressed.

Can anyone shed any light on these??

I have been used to an very quite automatic petrol Honda so going to a manual diesel has been a thing I have had to learn again.

After years of Japanese and German cars I finally persuaded the other half to a French car again. I just hope it was a good choice.

When you say a judder, is it the whole car, and poss the gear stick, if so it sounds like an inner driveshaft joint worn.
If it was the engine, Iam sure you would get a fault light, as these engines are very finely monitored.
