Revamp CX 2.4 carburettor engine with 2.5GTi turbo 2

Does anyone have experience modify CX 2.4 carburettor and swapped with engine 2.5GTi turbo 2, or could I have any idea/information, referring of some garages/who specially stripped down CX 2.5GTi turbo 2 in UK or European countries?

I am from Indonesia, who wish to revamp CX 2.4 carburettor the only model/engine type sold here, the objective to get more power & torque in cruising at freeway.
