water ingress into footwell

Hi folks

here's another perennial problem my cx suffers from and I need to sort soon. It's always raining in glasgow, sometimes I have to bail out the passenger side footwell, its rained in so much. I cant fathom it, it seems to run down near the corner where the bonnet release cable is. Any idea's? it's a proper pest!

I thought this was a standard feature?

Remove your LHM tank and you may be in for a nasty brown surprise.
