engine cams

ok peeps need some info from the peeps who know there stuff about engines soo please try to help me out best. my car is coupe 1.4 16v 2002 model.
im looking to get me cams done in engine to increase the lift in the car.
1. are the 1.4 1.6 and 2l cams intercahngable? meaning can i put 1.6 or 2l cams in my 1.4 16v, if not can i just get a set of 1.4 16v cams send them away to get re profiled then??
2. does anyone know the duration of all 3 cams in those engines??
