Citroen Synergie aircond switch panel

My MPV (which known as Evasion in Malaysia) YM 1997.
Air cond control switch panel was malfunction. The aircond automaticly swich on while the engine was started. I cannot control anyting such as cool temp, blower speed ext.

All I can think of is that it may have a frill like the Xantia Mk II where the aircon turns on automatically if the airflow slider is set to demist the windscreen.
