LHD Steering rack for De Tomaso Mangusta

I own a 1970 De Tomaso Mangusta (LHD)We understand that they were fitted with Renault 4 steering racks (4 turns lock to lock)I would like to fit a faster rack (2 turns)Would anyone know of a LHD rack of the same size/fit, maybe an Alpine/Gordini rack and pinion ? regards Jonathan (Root)
