Renault trafic 1.9dci hard to put in gear when cold

Hi,I have a renault trafic 1.9 dci 2004(40.000 miles) which struggles to get into gear when cold,,,After about 5-10 mins and warmed up everything is fine,,and wondered if anyone has any suggestions as what could be the problem

all is ok now,,,went to a local clutch/gearbox garage who told me to spray plenty of wd40 on the gear linkages whilst someone is going through the gears and see how it goes,,,done that and all is ok(said if it didnt work to take back to him and he would change gearbox/hydraulic oils)

Also spray some where the clutch release shaft enters the bell housing. Common problem on Fiat Multiplas.
