Renault megane scenic 97 2.0 need immobiliser code

hiya we have recently changed the battery in the key as the battery ran out now we have changed the battery it is not working does any one know a code for this but its not a radio code thing as there isnt one in there its a cd player all confused and cant start it with out unlocking the immobiliser
