hi, have a problem with my diesel engine, it has recently had a head gasket done, after which it has developed a bad judder from engine when cold, i changed glow plugs as they were quite old and it seems to have got a bit better but still like a missfire when cold and lumpy running with smoke from rear which appears white/blue, when cold have noticed only the one time a sort of knocking noise from no1 cylinder by g/box end but only done it the once, when warm engine picks up and has a very slight miss but still abit smokey, there is no loss of power or anything like this, any suggestions?
