53 Clio Brakes

Hi all. We went away for a couple of weeks and the handbrake got left on in the clio. The brakes were reluctant to come off when it was first driven (nothing unusual there) and since then this ha happened a couple of times. The other day the wife was driving and said the car felt like it wasn't driving properly so I took it for a drive and it felt like the brakes were on so I moved the handbrake with the car moving there was clunk and all was well. I have since taken the rear wheels off to have a look at the drum (which I havn't got into yet) the drivers side spins freely but the paasenger side is hard to move. I'm guessing therefore (and again no suprises) thae fault is in that side. a
Any idea what it's likely to be?

Fixed it! the lining had come off the shoe. New set of shoes and it's fixed
