Shark fin aerial

My Lag II (51 plate) has the shark fin, as far as I'm aware this is also the SatNav aerial?

If so my question is this, if I was to buy the full kit excluding loom, is the loom likely to be there?

If not, is there an adapter available to connect the aerial to my Tomtom

And lastly, is it worth having (the carminat)?

Well I checked to see if the loom was there, and it's not, oh well, my Tomtom will suffice.
