Child/Baby seat in Megane Coupe with Leather seats.

Hi
I am new here so let me introduce myself I am a bus driver living in East Yorkshire both me and my wife have recentley converted to Renaults, mine is a 02 laguna and my wifes is a 01 Megane which is the coupe with leather seats we purchased this as the Mx5 was not exactly practicle, we have recentley become grandparents, and we seem to have difficulty finding a forward facing baby seat that will stay in place and not slide on the leather, has anybody else had this problem and how did they solve it.
