Kangoo key

The key for my kangoo is falling apart. Anyone know if the bits are available separately? Dealer says I have to have a whole new key @ £70. I can get all the parts for my Citroen key separately so can I do the same for the Renault?
It infuriates me to be wrong when I know I'm right
