No heat from the air vents

Had a slight leak in my radiator so added some stuff to the coolant (i think it was called seal-it, but i've thrown the packaging away). There's no leak from the rad now, but there's no longer any heat from the air vents in the cabin. Have a stuffed my heater matrix up, or should I try and reverse flush it?

The less drastic things are always worth a try first, give it a flush it wont take long
