Trafic diesel pump timing...

Hi - recently replaced (leaking) pipes and injectors on 2.5 dsl trafic. Despite keeping evrything really clean and 2 or 3 extra cleanings of (new!) injectors i have a knock under load. could i need to alter pump timing - if so how?
Any ideas appreciated.

If the knock wasn't there before you started the work then I would go back to the injectors, sounds like one is sticking open.
I had one do it on a Mercedes van, made a hell of a racket when given the slightest bit of clogg.

Ta, bloody thing!
I would have been better off leaving the pipes leaking. Never noisy before - now about £150 down and knocking like a bastard.
