Very Intermittent Heating..

Help! I have a J plate Clio 1.4RT Auto, and have very intermittent heating - sometimes it's on full but most of the time it doesn't come on at all - the controls have no effect at all when it's a no show. I'm useless at mechanics so would very much appreciate a little guidance..[:I]

See todays topic on Heater Fan.My sister had the same problem on her Clio,turned out to be the resistor under the bonnet.
