That sounds as though it is telling you it is due for a service.

On these it indicates a Bluetooth issue with the phone module Steve. It’s the Fiat units that have issues and need some Black Magic Voodoo intervention to fix.

Hi Robert, I very much doubt it - but I cannot tell you what is inside the Technical Service Bulletin that I refer to in my earlier post:

The dealer should be able to do it assuming the faults specified are coming up along with the flashing on the display. I doubt a simple BSI reset or Proxy Alignment will suffice to be honest as they wouldn't warrant a return to the dealer to simply do that.

No luck with the local garage..
How hard would it be to find a garage able to sort it without going to main dealer.
Willing to travel to get if sorted

Very few - other garages very likely won't have access to the procedure and certainly won't have access access to the PSA database servers if a software fix or update is needed. By the time you've been around the houses, you may have been better off getting it sorted directly. I didn't expect a local garage to be able to sort this to be honest.
