LOL....I will have all the bits and still not have an Activa....I would be temped at £200 delivered, something to start work on.....cannot wait for the £300 pound investment in little plastic storage boxes :)

?? really, would it not be easier to put Activa bits on a V6 if the shell is the same

I'm imagining not, as everyone seems to put the V6 in the Activa. I might have read the suspension geometry and mounting points are slightly different or something? There's a big a reason why it's it done but I can't recall what..

Jim,

You don't need a V6 bumper :)

If you look on the inside of your Activa bumper there's a template line that you can cut out to give it the same cut out as the V6. It's like a casting mark waiting to be cut out ;)

Well chaps....I think I have a V6 Activa, just need to firm it up and travel 800miles to get it, it helps to have French friends. Should be near £350+/-, borrowed trailer and a road trip.

Its a 150k km car, (reportedly) all good except for a clutch failure....maybe box as well but as it is an Auto and I will be junking that anyway so not really a problem.
Again reportedly...the car is rot free

I await good photos .............FINGERS Crossed .....but I wonder what fun I will have with the drivers conversion.

Now, where is that rotten Exclusive for £150 and a wheel on the correct side.

All the bits you need will be sitting here... Get that trailer again and take away the remains of my donor

Hmm, something doesn't make sense about that...

As far as I'm aware the Activa V6 only ever came with the 5 speed manual! I might be wrong but I don't think they did the Activa with the 4HP20.

A V6 auto Activa would have to have its Activa Accumulator relocated as it would foul the HP20 Valve Block...

I might be wrong but I vaguely remember reading somewhere that they were manual only. Shaun might know!

I think the only Activa with automatic transmission was the 2.0 16V normally aspirated. It will be interesting to see what turns up.

I guess with either the AL4 or the 4HP14 Mike...

Plenty of room for the Activa Accumulator with one of those present...

Hi guys.....some updated info

It is an AUTO, the translation I got was wrong, it is a Auto Box failure not a Clutch failure.

This guy is SO HARD to deal with , so bad it may not happen, I cannot do a 1600mile road trip with a trailer with such a man at the end......I await him to say yes still....and I offer the asking price LOL...
