R19 starter problem

can some one please help
i recently replaced the battery and starter motor on my R19,but still
getting problems starting,its sounds like a flat battery trying to turn the engine over then at other times its spins over great,
your help please

Sounds like an earth stap problem. Remove, clean, grease and replace all earth straps. Regards Peter
