Unfortunately the forum member that used to respond to this type of requests using VIN is no longer active. But you cand find a tot of relevant information on this site: https://www.franceauto.pl/what-fluid-fap
TLDR: the color of the clip at the tank pipe connector gives you an indication. If you can read the tank code number then you are 100% sure.

Re: Eolys?
Sorry to jump onto an old thread but curious my C4 1.6 HDI has covered 107k doubt its had any decent maintenance in last 5 years by look of it, basic scanner says all dpf and emission systems no faults.
At this mileage surely the Eolys tank would be empty and don't think my basic scanner can reset the levels if i ever do get the dreaded alarm.
Do i wait for a fault code or slap some fluid in the tank before i get a code ?

Probably had it done at some time in the past . At this milage if it's not had it topped up you would have had the messages. So depending on how the car was run and milage . Saying 65k it might have come up with that message so you're probably looking at around 115-125k miles. If for piece of mind then get it filled

Apologies for not replying sooner. I think you need to get your system read with a more advanced high end scanner, preferably Diagbox, to see what the system thinks the levels are for Eolys and DPF ash content. My 308 has done over 100k and there's still about a third of the Eolys left so you might be fine on that. It is a calculated figure though so for absolute assurance you need to remove the Eolys tank to check. If you do just fill the Eolys tank up you'll need a decent diagnostic machine to "tell" the system that it's been filled.

Re: Eolys?
I have a Topdon Ca Pal it can perform reset or looked like it can not bee able to read actual figures from it I plan to remove and clean the DPF so will mark it as replacement item, would make sense to fill and reset Eolys then I guess. Need to fix ABS faults and replace EGR first tho
