Good morning,
I am new to this site and was hoping that I could find anyone with the diagbox to help figure out what's happening with my 308sw 2.0hdi 2016.
Sorry bare with me on this and I hope it makes sense. Note, I don't really have much experience with cars. But i will try until I cant
To start with before Christmas I had electrical fault come up in the dash then also risk of particular filter clogging. Not really understanding what's going on I decided to ring a dpf mobile dpf cleaning company. He came out and hooked his diagnostic tool up and there was a lot of faults with the diesel additive tank. So he replaced that and cleaned the dpf. But couldn't get it coded in as the electrical fault error kept coming up. He then decided to go as he clearly didn't have a clue what's what.
I thwn had four mechanics look at it who said they had experience with Peugeots and none of them (after hundreds of pounds later ) could figure out what's going on. So I went through this forum and decided to take action into my own hands. I replaced the bpga module, replaced the battery and got myself a diagnostic scanner. I have now managed to clear the majority of faults. Apart from

My problem is that when the car gets to temperature each and every time it goes into limp mode with error message risk of clogging. I've checked all the parameters such as pressure sensor, exhaust gas temp, egr, soot levels etc live data everything seems correct levels to what I've read through this site.
Does anyone have an advice on what to do next??

Have you performed a BSI reset since having the DPF cleaned and told the car it has a new DPF? The procedure for the reset is here, but you must go into the repair section of Diagbox to tell the car it has a new DPF.:

I don't have diagbox. I have a thinkcar 689 but I told the car it's a new dpf, told the car the Eloy's tank has been replaced and filled. I have also performed a bsi reset. Still no joy
Could the b1003 communication fault prevent the car and bring this message of particular filter clog?

Communication faults can throw up all sorts of weird codes so it is not beyond the realms. I'd suggest you go through all the connectors around the fuseboxes to ensure you have no corrosion creeping in and then check all the earthing points for the same thing.
