Dispatch Volume Knob,

Hello.

I've just bought a 2019 Citroen Dispatch 2.0 Driver van.
My question is simple:
Should the volume knob be illuminated? Mine isn't.
It's the touch screen head unit with the buttons (that are illuminated) down both sides of the screen.
Hoping someone can shed some light on this for me.
Apologies if i've posted in the wrong subforum.

Does seem a bit odd that they're not illuminated though.
