Activate Andorid Auto and Carplay on a NAC Wave 2

Hi, as the subject, i'm trying to activate the smartapps on my radio.

Vehicle info:
Toyota Proace Verso 2019
(Rebranded clone of Peugeot Expert and Citroen Spacetourer)

Tools I'm using:

• PP2000
  Diagbox 9.68

After some troubles I've managed to reach the menu voices "Apple carplay" that is a "feature deactivated".
I can set it as "feature activated" but when I press "Write" on the Diagbox, it says "downloading..." then "wait..." and then it returns in "feature deactivated".

Can someone help me please?

Thanks but they're talking about android auto WIRELESS, while I need to activate Android Auto/apple carplay.

Maybe your issue lies withing FEC/SWAP codes?
For wireless, a 5Ghz antenna should be present, so enabling all internet options maybe does the trick?
