This is the Connected NAV system.
Main Features: It is a fully integrated Telematics System featuring CarPlay, Android Auto, Real Time Services, Voice Commands, High-Res Display, 3D Navigation, Bluetooth Hands Free & USB. 2 versions of the system are available NAC (Navigation Audio Connectée) and RCC (Radio Couleur Connectée) or Connected Colour Radio, which does not have the Integrated Navigation or Live Services.

For me it turned out to be the cable in the end. Same issue after the update. I found another cable to try with which finally made it connect and work as it was supposed to.

I've been searching for that info a long time. My car has this carplay screen, however never worked with my android phone, I was guessing that could possibly exist an update, but only here I found that. Could you please check if I'm contemplated with that?
Also, would that update interfere on other things? I'm worried as I saw many errors happening when someone scans the car. A few issues appear hein nothing.
