Hello,
I have seen on several 2.0 BlueHDI 180 engines, and some other variants of 2L HDI this rubber hose from the picture. Is this something people are doing to reduce the engine, dpf pollution by avoiding those oily vapors, or sign of something wrong with the engine?

We need to see the other end of that pipe, it could be just a drain for trapped water in the filter.

Yeah, id say that's the drain hose for the fuel filter.
