Firmware Update Error for Citroen C4 2022 Shine

Here's some update to my situation.

I went into the dealer's workshop for 10,000KM maintenance. I asked them to update the software since I got many OTA notices but I ignored them. Also I experienced system reboot during driving three or four times.

The dealer explained the system reboot may due to software update, which although I didn't click 'yes' but still been performed. They said my software is up to date because update was performed.

I then checked my version, which is still AHW.1.25.92.23, the same when I purchased this car. Am I looking at the right version?

I have a question for those who updated the dashboard for the 2022 version to the latest version.

Does the infotainment screen change? i.e. does it go from the current screen where the AC info is shown on the sides to the new one (present in 2023+ C4/C4x) where there is no AC information but instead a full screen of map info (etc)?

Citroen ec4 shine plus,I have the same problem tried to update ,get as far as transferring to usb then problem occurs every time,I've tried just touchscreen on its own & maps on its own but same problem every time,I've even tried 3 different usb sticks,any help appreciated,thank you.

Sorry to bump this old thread, but I do own a C5 Aircross 2020 and have tried to update to 44.07.33.32_NAC-r0 firmware and it has bricked the thing. It came with 42.03.33.42_NAC-r0 firmware.

My VIN is VR7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

Is there a simple way to rollback the firmware? I'm currently downloading the original version in order to try it. I've downloaded both wave 4 and 3 just in case lol.
