citroen c3 diagnostic

hi i have just replaced my injectors on my c3 hdi 06 plate but unable to get the car to start i have a launch x431 diagnostics but this just give me any fault that it finds at the moment it is say there is no faults. when i try to program the injectors it tells me this function is not supported it works with other car but not on the C3. I purchased a diagebox and software off ebay but the software dose not work. so I am stuck with a car that wont run any help would be appreciated
