Cold/Warm Airconditioner problem

Hello everyone,

I have the following problem: When I turn on the air conditioning and want it warm, little lukewarm air comes out of the passenger side. The air pressure is also low compared to the driver's side. Everything works perfectly fine on the driver's side. If I don't turn on the air conditioning and simply switch to warm air, cold air comes out on the passenger side. If I set the air conditioning to cold in the summer, cold air comes out on both sides, but with little airflow on the passenger side.

Heat exchanger is already changed. Last year, the garage found something resembling sealant. The previous owner had apparently put in too much.

Air conditioning gas was refilled 2 years ago. could I see something with an endoscope camera?

I was able to take a few pictures with an endoscope camera. Could it be leaking, or could the plastic parts be broken or not installed properly?

I found out that a lot of holes were sealed with sealant.

I am not sure what we are looking at. Is this inside the heater box?

The yellow (rubber?) things seem to be displaced and could be jamming the flaps.

In the first video, you can see that some plastic part isn't sitting properly. This is the case on both sides. In the second video, I tried to show how it works when I set the air conditioner to full cold and full warm.
