Failed update on software and Satnav

New to us 2020 C3 Aircross. Downloaded the update after using VIN from Citroen site onto a new memory stick. Put in car while engine on as per instructions and this happened. Now frozen and the screen does not work for anything at all. Thoughts? Thanks!

Either the USB stick is corrupt, the firmware download is corrupt.

Always format the USB as FAT32 before doing an update and only copy the extracted files from the update to the USB stick and nothing else.

Then try again.

Thank you so much! Followed the advice, used a “better” computer for the download and all good now! So helpful giving me confidence it was an issue my end and not the car!
