Trying to use temperature conditioning?

Trying to use temperature conditioning?

Just thought I give this a quick try
Car was plugged in to charge
I set it to go preheat in about 40 mins
Nothing happened?

I checked to timer setting but it's not obvious which is on and which is off
Either way, the book says the dash light should come on too show it's set, but it doesn't?

What am I missing?

I would say that the blue line under the Off or On label denotes the condition. Eg, blue line under On means On.
Never tried manually setting it, only via the app, and that has never worked!

I take it these conditions were correct?

I'll give it another try but it looks like a warranty job
