Citroen C4X 2024 questions

Hello, I bought brand new Citroen C4X Max, 136hp hybrid. Mileage is now at around 2000 km. I am pretty satisfied with the car, however there are two annoying issues that are driving me crazy:
1. When playing music through Bluetooth from YouTube music or YouTube (not Android auto), very often the sound just disappears as it plays. The song is still there, the seconds are counting, I can change to next/previous song, however there is no sound. I have to switch to radio and then back to Bluetooth, and the sound starts. However in random interval it just stops again. No issue in Android auto
My Citroen Drive (infotainment) is updated to the latest OTA version. I have disconnected and connected my phone multiple times. I have reset the infotainment to factory settings. The issue is still there. And it is present with other phone as well.
2. The steering wheel feels a little bit offset to the left. If I want to drive in a straight line, I have to keep it 5-6 mm offset to the left. If I keep it straight, the cat goes a little bit on the right.
I checked the tyres pressure, all good. I changed to winter tyres, it is the same.

Do you have aby experience with some of the issues?

I think regarding your bluetooth issue, the system is really only designed to play MP3 or compatible music file formats directly stored on your smartphone and not from an app like Youtube on your phone. This always used to be the case with iPhones - as soon as Youtube app loses focus it soon stops music output, so this may be the phone not your system.

If you use CarPlay or AA you won't have a problem with music stored on your phone or using a compatible app with these systems.

As for your other issue, it may be a pot hole or something you have hit that's knocked the wheel alignment out. Best to get the vehicle tracking done before you wear your tyres or other components.

I had a Dacia Duster before, and I used to play music through Bluetooth like this (YouTube Music) without a single issue. This is why I believe it is something with the software/firmware of My Citroen Drive Plus.
Is there a way to contact Citroen somehow to report this issue? I have tried through My Citroen app, however I am not sure who receives it.
I have an appointment with the dealership this Friday regarding the wheel, I will ask them for both issues.
I hope they can do wheel alignment. It is so weird, as it is a brand new car. I haven't hit a hole or something, I believe it was like this when I get the car, I just noticed it a bit later.

I doubt it will make difference - software design is done by the manufacturer of the units and dealers have no access to the companies directly - and in any case they will not re-engineer software because of what a customer wants. Only bugs that are widely reported enough to be an issue may be addressed in later updates, but I don't believe this is a bug.

You can already access the YouTube music content only, via the YouTube App for Android Auto that is designed to be controlled more safely using that system rather than Bluetooth (that will require the driver to fiddle with the phone) which is not legal in many countries.

Also other issues may be to do with youtube not playing in the background when switching apps or losing focus - you probably need YouTube Premium for that - otherwise people would be dumping their music subscriptions if they could g et everything this way....

Youtube Music is the App used in Android Auto as far as I can tell, so you may need to consider this.
