Forum performance issues 13/10/2024

The forum has been running very slowly at times this morning. The server load is very high, but it appears to be due to web traffic which is directed to another site which runs on the same server.

I hope that the issue is now resolved, but bear with us if there are some ongoing problems.

You can see that the server loading has been spiking since yesterday.

all I was getting for the last few days was a dead end screen saying the sites subscription had expired! Glad to see it up and running again but a worry for future visits when info needed to resolve a problem

That was a different problem earlier in the week, which would only have affected some users (for a few hours) due a failure of an automatic payment for our DNS service. It has also been rectified.
