Resetting Eolys counter with diagbox

Thanks for the advice re laptop. I do have an old win 10 surface pro which I guess I could use it still meets the specs needed. I was going to sell it but it only fetches about £40 on eBay or in cex trade in so using that prob better than a new win 11 laptop.

Quick UPDATE. so the kit I ordered on Sunday arrived today... which to be fair i wasnt expecting till Wednesday to 10/10 for delivery.

Solid looking equiptment. The software links were provided in an email with instructions on an you tube link which were easy to follow.. The PC I used had virtulisation turned on, which was needed but i did need to disable Credential Guard for the Virtual Machine to work with Diagbox which is not problem as this PC will only be used for this..

After installation was complete I hooked up my car and attempted to follow SAVAGE87's instructions on reseting Eolys.. Worked first time...

Anyone in the Merseyside area needs support to reset Eolys if im passing happy to help...

Hi all,

In my Citroen C4 blinked up the additive level too low warning in the dashboard, and following instructions I have refilled the needed additive.

But does anyone have the knowledge is it possible to reset the counter from Citroen C4 1.6 TDI year model 2013 with iCarsoftware CR MAX?
And if it is, how?
I have been searching information for several days, with no luck.
So all the help would be much appreciated.

That's a wuestion you'll need to ask the people you bought it from, we can only really help with the bespoke PSA diagnostic tools like Diagbox / Lexia / PP2000.
