In this particular case I agree Steve, but I have had my feet in strong currents before without any damage :-D

When you say 'strong currants', do you mean fortified wine perhaps?

Details here
Another "Trade Only" auction. The bare minimum of details on the car, high buyers premiums, 18% plus VAT (hammer prices over £1000), and very much as to be expected, no comeback whatsoever implied in the terms and conditions.

As a sale to the trade you have to be paying next to nothing for that car to make your money. Will end up on a forecourt with a £4,500-£5,000 price on the windscreen and not a straightforward quick turn around should it be subject to a battery lease. Most 2014 Zoes will be subject to a battery lease. Plenty of life left in it though.
All lots are strictly sold with no grading or guarantees and can include pre-owned, salvage, part-exchange, repossessed, ex-finance, seized vehicles and from liquidations and insolvencies, there can be no refunds or discounts offered under any circumstances. Your bid is your legal commitment to purchase.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that you are not a consumer but a trade purchaser and as such it is fair and reasonable for us to exclude, restrict or limit our obligations and liability to you in respect of the lots we offer for sale on behalf of sellers or ourselves.

'Ancient' is a trifle strong, 'old' I can accept. But I know which times I'd rather be living in!! :-D

I know but to a 2011 baby it makes sense, hopefully one day I can say we had electric cars and a grandchild would say ' did they actually touch the ground rather than fly through the air '

Whilst I can appreciate that your view of the future may well turn out to be accurate Ryan, I would make one change to that post - replace 'hopefully' with 'unfortunately' !! :-D

Page 1 Post 1 when the thread started back in 2017, there was very little choice of Electric Vehicles in the new market and only practically a Leaf, A Zoe or a Peugeot Ion as a second-hand option.
NewcastleFalcon wrote: 06 Apr 2017, 07:41 If you have come round to thinking I fancy giving electric car "ownership" a try its useful to know what's available so you can do your own sums and see if it works out for you.
The continuing idea of the thread is to keep up to date with new offerings, or indeed the greater choice of second hand options available in 2024 than ever there was back in 2017. Needs continuing new content on the existing and coming options of course, and the more supplying it the better.

Decent stats for the thread 1350 posts 150.000 views to date worth keeping it active with the odd contribution.
