Door Mirror Puddle Lights Replacement?

Is it possible to order this puddle light as a standalone unit? I don't mind if it's aftermarket. See attachments please.

Highly unlikely as these are LEDs by the looks of it and I can't see this as a separate part at all. Looks like it will be part of a new mirror assembly - like LED headlights now - once they go, it's a new headlamp.
