Not a Pick-up in red but this caught my eye at the Morris Leslie Sale

Just digging this one out again, seeing as I was conversing about it to the owner of a yellow Vauxhall Cavalier which was one of the very first of the launch of the model, and sold by Jake Robson at Consett.
It was built on 14th November 1975 and in the launch colour of signal yellow, with a claim to be the oldest surviving cavalier.

I would go for Cleveland petrol there or possibly Fina as they are the only 2 triangular globes I can remember! :-D
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

The car transporter revolution!: New in 1960, SJR 100 was the first car transporter to be operated by WA Glendinning, of Shotley Bridge. Seen on Front Street in Consett, Ken tells us that this was something of a trial load. The Morris artic had just been painted by Bob Grindle, so it was taken up to JS Robson – the town’s Vauxhall dealer – so that the Burtonwood tail-lift could be tried out. John Thompson was the first regular driver of this outfit.

I remember these pumps. Didn't think there would be any pictures of them, but it is one of the good things about about some of the community facebook "past and present" groups, they provide a home for collections of old images of people and places, otherwise inaccessible in private collections, and otherwise heading inexorably for "clear outs and skips".

Not Jake Robson's but indeed a triangular globe FINA station, not more than ½ mile away at Delves Lane Consett.
Nice image in it own right. The marketing name on the petrol FINA "mixture" not very exciting...hardly expect a "Tiger in your Tank" from "Fina Mixture".

from the period where the cars on offer were...
New
"Vivas, Chevettes, Cavaliers and VX saloons"

And the newest used car on the list were P reg (1996/97) a Viva & a VX.
With Marina's Allegros and even a K-reg Imp appearing on the list.

Guessing the ad is probably around 1998/99

One for the very observant..
In the case of the car in the photo, a lovely old Rover 90, the eagle-eyed may notice keys in the boot lock. This is because the boot had to be opened to release the petrol cap flap! The attendant would then have to secure the flap and hand the keys back to the driver before he could re-start the engine.
The other thing is the free-house pub like provision of different brands with their different globes, and of course the
attended service and the white coat, and the redex pumpy thing.
