Yes I ask the stupid questions, because normally it is that simple.

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Nice work Matt. The C6 is a very rare on the road sight so a bit of a hiatus there unless someone adds one of their own and elevates it from a blog to the dizzy heights and kudos of POTD.
Might excuse a DS7 for the 7, and I have at least one photo of a C8 seen recently, and there is a DS9
I did spot a Citroen C-zero the other day and photographed it for "Electric Vehicles what have you spotted", so the full single-digit set from 0 to 9 could be collected with a bit of poetic licence on the DS contributions.
Personally, I prefer proper names for cars, rather then the decidedly unimaginative number and letter codes which are for the most part de rigueur for the modern auto industry.

Yes they are planted now in the falcon familiarity phenomenon unconscious search engine now Jim, and I too have been noticing them recently.CitroJim wrote: 06 Sep 2023, 05:50 Good to see a C3 PicassoI've been doing lots of C3 Picasso spotting around Paggers lately... Quite a few about when you deliberately look for them!

The bigger three, spot the sad similarity:

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

More for POTD fungi club.
Plant identification, greatly helped by pl@ntnet. Mushrooms and other fungi I don't have a go to suggest an Id for a mushroom from a picture.
Feel free to plug these pics into any such things you know of. Quite characteristic I would have thought. My own first thought was Saffron Milk Cap. Found in pasture. Looks attractive and edible from the top, but underneath and quite a characteristic gill arrangement, and it's got one of those dark green wouldn't touch it with a barge pole colours.

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Camera did one of its usual odd things and put some kind of scale up but no specs so no idea what it could have been. The image on the screen did look wishy washy and the camera was trying to get me to select a different exposure.
Lots of apples being shed into parking bays.

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
I've got a story about mushrooms, we used to sell them in our shop, bought from the regular veg supply firm, one day a villager said she could supply some so we bought a few, had them sitting on the counter in a punnet, another lady customer said she liked to eat them raw took one and ate it, a couple of hours later we noticed the punnet was moving........... the warmth in the shop had brought out all the worms from the mushrooms and it was crawling with them

That looks like a Tesco breakfast, we have a few of those when we are away.
