Simple click of the spoiler now revealed gives you my answer in plain sight right or wrong, and for other readers if not you gives a link to a site which can help identify plants you come across the world.

The weed could be a Willowherb, could be a Fleabane, or could be one that has a non-descript white flower but whose name escapes me for the minute.

I have a wild flower book with most weeds described and pictured, none match, there are a variety of Fleabanes all with different leaves, what does match in my garden is the Buddleia.
