Re: Picture(s) of the day....
Been a couple of days, this thread thrives on activity always best to keep it ticking over...don't let it slumber needs at least one new image a day to justify its moniker.
Didn't make that good a job of a superb photo opportunity. Beautiful Bright I would describe it as liquid orange sun doing its stuff through the canopy on the road ahead. Naked eye didnt see these pictures

Re: Picture(s) of the day....
The bus I was on stopped in Eighton Banks and the driver got out and went round the front for a minute. When he came back he said "You don't get a view like that from an office window". He had been taking photo's with his phone.
It was a fair vista but not particularly exciting, there is far better around here, and it was rather hazy.
At least he appreciated it, and probably just as well I was the only passenger.

Looks like a raging fire... Someone enjoying a 'burnup' in front of you perhaps?

I saw a C5 today, right outside the entrance of the site I was working on. Not seen one in ages!!!! I didn't take a photo as it had a funeral parking waiver on the dash, plus my mates were with me....

We have a nice new postbox-topper in the town
This celebrates an old town tradition of 'racing' rubber ducks down the river as part of the Paggers carnival celebrations...

A Foxglove has taken up residence. I will soon be able to join the Borge clan (not Victor Borge on his piano).(Or 7 of 9).
