I got one of those 20v cordless impact wrenches last time, they seem to be pretty good for the price.

Called in at an Aldi for the first time in a long time, what a depressing place, more like a village jumble sale than a shop down that middle aisle.

Did it come with any sockets Peter? I'm tempted to buy one myself, for the purpose of removing the front sprocket on my motorbike to change the chain.

This is further down in the ad Mike:

Accessories included: 4 sockets (17 / 19 / 21 / 23 x 75mm) :)

Thanks Mick. I've never really needed one before, but now they want £300 inc parts to change the chain and sprockets on the bike, so I'm going to DIY it. Parts are around £100..

This stuff is amazing for cleaning vents and switches, especially recessed ones in door handles or centre consoles.

For those who are interested in photography Lidl are doing (among other office items) the slide and negative scanner. Unfortunately it has gone up quite a bit in price from when they last had them in. Saying that, the resolution has also increased.

Been waiting for them to show up.
Would get the printer too but Canon and Linux don't play well together.

Looked for the slide copier yesterday. None to be found.
I did wonder if it would work with Linux, or only the dreaded Windaz.

They had one here too.
I bought a broom, it was cheaper.
