My zx estate.
I think i have come to a cross roads in my life regarding my citroen zx estate. I really like the old car but having it just sit on the drive covered up as and when makes me feel someone else is missing out on owning it.
Feeling very depressed about this too i dont want it scrapped i want someone who really loves these cars to take it on its next adventure.
Help.

Re: My zx estate.
Too good to scrap Husky... They're getting rare now and very worthy of some restoration...
Here's hoping it finds a good, loving home
Offer it on here first... You never know...
In theory, I ought to have a ZX (and a Xsara) on my fleet as they're, along with the AX and Saxo, the cars I cover in my Citroen Car Club A to Z column...
Problem is, I have no room. I had to turn down an offered Xantia the other day...

Definitely worth keeping and spending time on... They're great workhorses in estate form

Re: My zx estate.
We had a ZX Volcane TD and it was without doubt one of the best cars I have ever owned, It was an £100 buy it now on the bay, with a leaking heater matrix, I sorted it, serviced it and my wife took it over, it refused to wear out and it pretty much refused to rot, eventually it got passed down though my family and was finally passed on to my mate in the trade for scrap price with 190odd thousand miles on it, he ran it for a couple more years until it came together with an artic, which wrote it off, and incidentally caused significant damage to the truck
tough cars. glad to see you are keeping yours.

BXs since 1993 built 1.9 TZD turbo, got a S2 Xantia estate, brilliant car! 2013, Xantia HDI LX 110 2000 new car with 122,000, l C2 HDI Rusty rocket, C3 Picasso HDI new to me.
