On Sunday I was heading up to Ellesmere again. I stopped off at Warwick Services, and this pulled in behind me.

You could have saved the over-curious the work James! :-D

It's a Bristol, 1955 with a 1976cc engine if DVLA details are accurate.
and it's a Coupe.
I would say a Bristol 404 Fixed Head Coupe.......

One of those "what's that :?: " headturners a Black Maserati Quattroporte First Generation Series ll E-registration 1967.

Thought I had got it on camera but turns out the shutter click was foiled by a spent battery
Wrong colour but same version

I am not putting this on the Whatsthisthen thread because it is so unique I'm pretty sure nobody will recognise it!! However I'll leave it like this for a while and then post up the details later!! :-D

Wonder if Giorgio Moroder is going to get a turn on the PE Juke Box as a result of his involvement. :-D

My classic spot today is this. Yes, reg plate quite obvious, but all it tells us is Triumph Unknown Year of Manufacture 1967. It's got a 2500 cc engine though, and it's a sports car :-D

A somewhat moribund 2CV seen in Leigh Upon Mendip today...

There's an early Espace behind it... Equally moribund...

Finally got a photo of this Mini during my run this morning... I'm a bit of a fan of proper Minis but as is me, I much prefer the early MK1s... This ones a 1995 model...
20221021_075131.jpg
I see it regularly and hope it's under restoration but having been sitting like this for a very, very long time now so likely more a candidate for Facebook's 'Sitting Rotting on a Driveway' group sadly...

I know where all the driveway rotters are in Paggers and have photos of most of them... I even know of an early Audi Quattro quietly returning to nature in the company of an early Golf GTi and displaying the most amazing patina...
