A 21 reg Leaf right outside my house as I walked home from delivering my car to my son's house.

Re: Electric Vehicles: What have you spotted?
A few on the road, in the car park, and at the charger spots today on a dalliance over the border. MG ZSEV, VWiD3, Hyundai Kona, Classic Leafs and New leafs, and 5 or 6 of Tesla Model 3's, only one in non non-descript paintwork ie a Red one.
Only took one photo....The Tesla in a Car park, in White, about as ordinary as you get!
Regards Neil

A Porsche Taycan 21 Reg with the green stripe plates, in one of those in vogue but dull shades, VW id4 in black and a KIA Soul EV in white with a light blue roof.
I'd rather have the KIA than the Porsche.
Regards Neil

65 reg ones with 60,000+ miles on just dip under the £10K sort of price.

Re: Electric Vehicles: What have you spotted?
Longest trip since August 28th 2020. Brother's birthday and the only time I go to Whitby any more.
The only one I saw was an i3. Probably missed loads though, despite trying to keep a look out for them.
Roads were very busy as it is Bank Holiday and Whitby War Weekend.
Surprisingly, almost everyone driving very sensibly.

Re: Electric Vehicles: What have you spotted?
Had a chat with a guy who had one of those Kia Souls at the Tesco charger on Friday, he was brimming over with good remarks.
I asked him what range he was getting from it and he said "Real world 120 miles." Had a personal plate on it so I don't know its year.
On Wednesday in Monmouth a very clean Nissan Leaf in the Home Bargains car park but it moved off before I could collar the driver for a chat.

It always adds a bit of interest to start up a conversation...page 1 post 1 setting up the thread

Nothing unusual cropping up on the excursion over the Tyne. Many Tesla’s mostly Model 3’s, but one Model X.NewcastleFalcon wrote: ↑30 Mar 2017, 18:48So keep it simple....
What EV's have you spotted? And to add a bit of interest, have you had a chat with the owners see what their views are?
I think I am getting far more nosey as my interest grows, but most owners are more than willing to exchange pleasantries with you about their car![]()

Re: Electric Vehicles: What have you spotted?
Took my grandson back to Durham uni. Saw two Teslas S's simultaneously, a blue one overtaking me and a black one coming north in the opposite carriageway.
And that was all.
And that was all.

Trip to Durham again with things that he forgot.
A single Leaf.
Probably missed loads as traffic was fairly heavy - 5 pm.

I came up behind this Model S today, I did a double take when I saw the badge on the right, anyone know what it stands for?

Re: Electric Vehicles: What have you spotted?
It's a 70 bhp diesel. The electric motor swapped to increase range.

Re: Electric Vehicles: What have you spotted?
Bit of a tea spillage incident which has taken out the left click function on my laptop. Painful navigation by the tab keys etc. Hoping that a USB mouse will provide at least some restoration, but none in the house .
Difficult posting anything, although somehow I have managed to get the pic of the KIA loaded Using the tab and shift keys in an operating a keyboard with boxing gloves on sort of fashion.

Nice clean presentable electric car much beloved of Taxi firms, but not quite in the bargain basement electric category yet.
