Hi and welcome to the forum.
Short answer is no.
Look on it as re wiring your house including updating the main fuse box as being the easier option of the 2
There are posts within the forum that show how hard it is to install a satnav system to a C5 X7 that did not have it factory installed, it is not impossible but my comment above is from reading them and seeing the pictures. Sorry to say it is not a plug and play system

The touchscreen system was for the last run of C5 X7s and the central console on these has different switches and parts from the other models. This is because some of the functions are moved to the touchscreen. It would need a new touchscreen and head unit (hidden behind the dash, coding and the new bevel for the display screen (there are 2 types for the colour screens, so you would need the correct one) as well as the new switch modules and no doubt some re-wiring.

The parking sensors have moved to the touch screen but also they were fitted to the switch bank on the dash either side of the steering wheel along with AFIL control.

An expensive job to get all the correct parts that requires a lot of trim and modules, so not an easy undertaking. It will also need BSI configuration and likely updated software as these were fitted to 2016 models.
