My youngest granddaughter dragged a fallen branch in and wanted to borrow my circular saw to slice it up to make Christmas decorations
I was n't going to let her do that and ended up doing it for her. Cheap 'Japanese saw' came in very handy.

Good to see it put to good use Steve I believe the youngsters call it upcycling Better than just letting it rot or cause a potential hazard...

I'm always keen to repair and reuse wherever I can... Here's a case in point:

I always run and cycle wearing an ID tag containing pertinent emergency information. Mine had seen so much use over the years the Velcro fastening had totally worn out and the tag was at risk of falling off my wrist...

A new bit of Velcro and it's as good as new again

Don't leave home without one...
